About Suburban Allergy Consultants

About Us

Suburban Allergy Consultants is now The Allergy Division of Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists Association (BMMSA) and serves a large area of the Philadelphia suburbs, including Havertown, West Grove, West Chester, Coatesville, and Narberth, Pennsylvania. A team of board-certified allergists can help both adults and children combat allergies, asthma, and many other allergic and immunologic conditions.

As part of BMMSA, our doctors are able to collaborate and draw from the experience of a mutlitude of other specialties including dermatology, rheumatology, pulmonology, promary care, nephrology, gastroenterology, cardiology and endocrinology. We are a team of dedicated physicians who strive for the best care of our pediatric and adult patients (for further information visit www.BMMSA.com)

The team operates with compassion and care. We pride ourselves in spending time listening to our patients to make the best diagnostic decisions. Although patients receive the latest treatments available, the team only uses safe, approved, and well-tested solutions for allergy and asthma relief.

The BMMSA Allergy team helps patients who have food, drug, skin, and airborne allergies manage their condition more effectively. Plus, the team educates patients about avoidance and determine a long-term solution to control allergies. Patients can also receive treatment for immune deficiencies, including primary immunodeficiency disease and hereditary angioedema, and sinus infections.

BMMSA Allergy division can assess patients for asthma by listening to their breathing and evaluating patients for symptoms like wheezing and shortness of breath. They also conduct pulmonary function tests and monitor patients with asthma. While medications are the standard treatment for asthma, BMMSA Allergy division educates the individual about lifestyle changes that can improve their condition.

Contact BMMSA Allergy division today to find relief from your allergy symptoms or a better plan to manage your asthma. You can request an appointment by calling the office, using the online booking tool or by visiting www.bmmsa.com.
