Self-Treatment for Allergies

Yes, I really understand it…it’s hard to get an appointment with a doctor, even more with the one you like… or who knows what he/she is doing. I addition, every time you go to the doctor it costs money and time. So you think, “allergies are not life-threatening” I can just go to the pharmacy and get some stuff to treat it myself. Well, yes you can, but it may actually leave you just a miserable as you were before. Not only may you be spending more money that way, but you may do more harm than good for yourself.
